Hi darino! I am a certified Solidworks CAD engineer with experience in solid and surface modelling. Looking at your model, it would take 10-15 hrs of work to change the model to resemble to a baseball cap and keeping the internal features. I have access to a EOS P100 – SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) 3d printer that can create the prototype for the baseball cap. This machine produces nylon parts that are both strong and flexible.
