I’m developing a fully-automated grinder system for food materials and need step-by-step mentoring on every stage, from concept through initial prototype trials. The set-up includes an input feeder and an integrated water-spray line, so I want to be sure the design supports consistent particle size, hygienic operation, and reliable wash-down. What I expect from our collaboration • Live or recorded sessions that walk me through component selection, control logic, and mechanical integration. • Practical schematics or drawings showing the feeder layout, grinding chamber, spray-bar positioning, and drainage. • A controls overview (PLC, HMI, or comparable solution) that demonstrates how to keep the process fully automated—sensors, interlocks, flow control, and emergency stops included. • Parameters for typical food products (moisture, throughput rates, wear considerations) so I can adapt the design during R&D iterations. Acceptance criteria I’ll consider the project complete when I can run a bench-scale test that meets the agreed particle-size distribution and shows stable, clog-free flow for at least 30 minutes under continuous water spray. Any CAD files, wiring diagrams, and code snippets we create should be handed over in editable form.
