For kombucha makers, even the mental energy required to brew kombucha can be a pain. 1st and 2nd fermentations, flavoring, temperature, number of days required for fermentation, pH level.... Having one machine that figures out each of the complicated aspects would be a dream-come-true. Coffee experts have figured out how to satisfy coffee connoisseurs with espresso machines - why not kombucha brewers too? The Kombucha Maker would look similar to an espresso machine but would have three compartments (1st fermentation, 2nd fermentation (for carbonation), and flavoring/dispensing). Each compartment would be appropriately warmed/cooled. A screen on the exterior of each compartment would countdown the days until each fermentation would be completed so that the next stage could be started. The owner would empty the container into the next compartment when an alert indicated that the fermentation had been completed. The last compartment would be kept cool, and would contain several filters for herbs to be added for multiple flavor options to be dispensed.
