Hi there, I have developed quite a few pumps ranging from 0.5 hp custom made for water effects to 100hp industrial pumps. Do you have existing design as a reference over which you would like to improve. We can simulate the pump performance and efficiency in software and can test the best possible output with physical prototype. 3 and 5hp pumps should be a problem. What's the bore depth for these pumps? if you could share some dimensions other than the outer diameter of 4 inch that usually is standard it would be quite helpful. I think I have a pump simulation sample in my portfolio if you would like to have a look. I can share few more if required. Look forward discussing it with you.
