CQC Consultant for Online GP Clinic

I am a GMC-registered sole-practitioner about to open a small, primarily online general-practice clinic. Before I can launch, I need an experienced CQC specialist to guide me through every step of registration and ongoing compliance. Scope of support • Complete preparation and submission of my CQC application, ensuring all sections align with the service model (online general practice with occasional in-person sessions in rented rooms). • Creation and/or refinement of policies, procedures and governance documents—some policies already exist but additional, CQC-ready versions are still required. • Development of a clear, concise Statement of Purpose and the wider compliance documentation set. • Tailored coaching for the Registered Manager interview, including at least one mock session with feedback. I will rely on you for pragmatic advice on which regulated activities must be registered, how to evidence safe remote prescribing, and how to keep the process cost-effective for a micro-business. Remote collaboration is fine; video calls and shared documents suit me perfectly.
