Pakistani MEP Design Specialists Needed

Several new residential and commercial developments are moving into detailed design and I need seasoned MEP professionals from Pakistan to produce the full mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and planning package. Your work will focus exclusively on design—no installation or maintenance tasks are expected—so deep experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP or similar tools is essential. Because the projects range from small villas to mid-rise mixed-use buildings, you will be expected to size HVAC systems, lay out electrical distribution, specify plumbing networks and ensure everything complies with local PEC guidelines as well as good international practice. Collaboration will be remote, but familiarity with regional suppliers and standards will make reviews and approvals faster. Deliverables I will review and sign off: • Coordinated MEP drawings (PDF + editable files) • Load calculations and design reports for each discipline • Equipment schedules with manufacturer references • Bill of quantities ready for tendering If you have a proven portfolio of residential and commercial MEP design completed in Pakistan, please share a concise sample set and indicate the software you used.
