HRMS and Competency Management website

This website is to track the employee's progress, assign them competency programs, and take attendance based on whether the employee has attended the program. This website should be built using the MERN stack.
The features that it needs to include are:
1. Login/Logout or Registration -> 3 different entries should be there
-Administrator (HR, Trainer)
- Employee
-Supervisor
2. Training calendar in tool
3. Training record (Attendance, Feedback)
4. UI for feedback /Attendance
5. Display – Dashboard
6. Metrics – Employee wise /dept (Report structure tree of Employees)
7. Competency Management - UI for Managers to fill (Excel to Database porting)
8. Competency monitoring of each employee (actual vs target chart)
9. Employee Competency history tracking – If the target does not achieve, Competency has to move to next year automatically.
The software gives access to three kinds of users.
1. Administrator (HR, Trainer):
• To manage initial setup and store employee data.
2. Employee:
• To check the performance and give feedback on training.
3. Supervisors:
• To monitor the employee growth
