MQL EA - Add TP to positions

Hi, need a simple EA,
Receives 1 parameter (param_tp_points): How may points to take profit (TP).
Needs to run only every new bar.
Then loops through all open positions, check who doesnt have TP, and adds a TP.
Buy TP formula: Open position price + param_tp_points + current spread.
Sell TP formula: Open position price - param_tp_points - current spread.
