Dear Sir, I have experience with GSM GPRS modems. I have a working SIM808 GSM GPRS system, which uses STM32 to send AT command to the modem. I have written code for this and created hardware PCB design. Can we use the SIM808 for your project? I have tested this with Vodafone and Airtel networks. Can we use PI board, Raspberry PI Zero board? This will meet most of the requirements. I am Electrical Engineer, many years of Firmware development, circuit design, PCB design experience.
