Hi, I have done similar project which was to remotely update the firmware on customer's side through the UART interface. I worked on the nios processor core inside the cyclone FPGA. Basically the firmware is stored in the EEPROM which needs to be erased and written again with the new programmable data through the UART interface. Now depending upon the type of the microcontroller and the EEPROM, the raw programmable data which is likely going to be a hex file shall be generated for the new firmware. This project is interesting and since I have done it before it shouldn't be a problem after I know the software you use to load the firmware to the microcontroller. The only problem is the that due to my full time job it would could require some more time (maximum 40 days). We can negotiate how much money should be decreased if it takes more time. Fazeel Ayaz

Hallo, ich habe eine Nachricht von Carolina bekommen. Ich sitze in Stuttgart und have solide (15x Jahre) Erfahrung als Embedded SW-Entwickler. Mit STM32 habe ich bereits gearbeitet. Mit UART habe ich auch viel gearbeitet, Ethernet war es etwas her aber dafür gibt es vom Cube die UDP-Interface, so wie ich gerade recherchiert habe. Soeben habe ich viel mit I2C, SPI gemacht. Gerne können wir über weitere Details sprechen.
