I need an easy-to-use Excel workbook that I can send once a week to the assistant directors at each of my 4 locations. Tab 1 should act like a form I can open in Office 365 and complete straight on screen. The prompts must capture: • feedback from teachers • a short daily activity log • space for employee issues, notices given, and any maintenance requests Lay it out clearly with dropdown dates, free-text comment cells, and simple yes/no or number fields where they fit. Tab 2 is for head-counts. List Monday through Friday across the columns and each week down the rows. For every day I need two entries: number of children present and number of teachers on duty. These need to be categorized by classroom. Babies, Crawlers, Waddlers, Tots, Tikes Toddlers, Misc. Please add: • a total at the bottom of children & teachers present for the day. Make sure everything works in the current Microsoft 365 version of Excel, no security warnings, and formulas left unlocked so I can tweak them. Include a short, hidden “Read Me” sheet with notes on editing dates, ratios, and adding weeks. Deliverable: a finished .xlsx file ready to upload to Teams and start using immediately.
