Exchange Online Mailbox Management Support

I need a seasoned Exchange Online specialist to take full ownership of our mailbox management. The immediate priorities are: • Managing mailbox permissions – auditing current access, correcting inconsistencies, and applying the right send-as, send-on-behalf, and full-access settings across user and shared mailboxes. • Ongoing mailbox cleanup and maintenance – removing obsolete mailboxes, applying retention tags, reclaiming storage, and ensuring our environment stays tidy and compliant. All work should be carried out through the Microsoft 365 admin center and, when bulk changes are needed, Exchange Online PowerShell. A short hand-over document outlining what was changed, the commands or steps used, and any follow-up recommendations will complete the engagement.
