We require a database & 2 forms to be designed in ms access where we can do the following:
1. Add/Edit client details form
2. Add/Edit enquries from client form.
A Sample of our current enquiry form is attached. Anything in red is to be included in the form. Anything in green is also to be included in the form but multiple entried will be required.
When a new enquiry is created we want to be able to select the client from the client database, if they are a new client we wnat to add the client record first then add the enquiry.
This needs to be prepared using MS Access in 2007 format.
This is needed ASAP please.
