I need a Microsoft access 2000 Wizard to implement a sales control database which will base upon supplier contacts, product controls and 2 pricing structures (item true cost & sells tools). Attached is a breakdown of database details for your reference. I will also provide an example database so you can see the flow of product. The database will have three system passwords for 4 different levels of usage. The password should only be changeable thru the system administrator & are not changeable thru any other location. Attached is a database guideline for reference. I have a sample database that has the exact same flow that I can send you as reference as well. 1. You will most like copy the same report & just change the control source. The last report is a simple excel report of all products. 2. Supplier â€“ include system generated supplier number. 3. View Products â€“ Product information will be stored from the add & edit fields (Security A & B) will be the only users to view these fields. To View a product will depend on the checked fields below. The Admin or Mgr will be able to click one of these fields below and this will allocate what area the product may be viewed. A) View Product Line B) View GS Products C) View WIP D) View Closeout Items E) Exclusive Items There are several key points that I need to make clear before bid can be accepted. There are several functions that Iâ€™m not sure if this is a Microsoft function or if this is a programming function. But we need to make sure the database has these function up front. 1. User can press esc before you exit the item to clear all fields. 2. Product input fill tab in the same order of attached input details. 3. All database properties will be changeable later to the admin. 4. Ability to search content in any product field. 5. Pricing formulas will calculate regardless of missing information. 6. Sorting and grouping options on the report (with & without saving changes. Lastly, this project is very time sensitive. Once you give me a completion date you are expected to stay within that date. Project payments will be in three installments. First one third escrow payment (and released) will be issued once database demo is given on products (advise completion date before bid is considered). Second escrow payment (and release) will be issued after product reports demo is complete (advise completion date before bid is considered). Last escrow payment will be made once project is delivered. The final payment will be release once database has been tested.
