This project really doesn't need to be webpage based. I am using Access 2003. I need a user to be able to log in. Once logged in they could select on a switchboard (I guess) one of 3 locations (with room to add 2 more later.) They that user would select a department. That department would have 5 sections of questions with responses being numbers 0 to 10. Up to you…I would like to be able to have the user just see the section name and the question number to allow for fast entry of numbers. But I guess I would have to be able to show questions if needed. Like if I had a new person. That user could only input information for the department that they were assigned. I would need a way or power user to allow a user to be able to answer question for that department. Facts: Users can only walk one department but all 5 sections in that department Users are assigned to only one location. Users can view charts (that I guess I can make) for the numbers they entered. *Questions for each locations department would be the same. But can I have it set up so that if a question needs to be added later I could for just one location. Well keep it simple for now I guess. Items that are questionable still: Can/should I allow others to see others numbers in they same department. Thanks
