Lookup Form and Report

Hello,

I have an Access application to track batches of cheese. I just need a form that's only function is to look up and existing report and print a report of labels. I already designed the report but I need a simple tweak - when there is a second "cheese type" for a given record that it prints a second page of labels for the second cheese type.
