Hi folks, I have taken on a bit too much work recently and need this done while I complete other work. I have gone through early stage design of a database to store some laboratory soil information, and I need the design implemented to Access based on my criteria. For each field I will supply field name, data type and description. I need this completed in Access I have several stages of work to award, I will test with stage 1, increase workload with stage 2 and complete with new scope in stage 3. I am looking to get all the work done in the next 2 weeks. 1. Require a word based worksheet to be entered as a table in Access with nominated fields and data types 2. Require a form to be created from the table in point 1, with a similar format to the word document supplied I expect experienced users to be able to create a table and form combination in 30 minutes or so. I will offer a fixed price on this basis so if you are faster you stand to make more money in stage 2 and stage 3 I have attached an example pdf to help. At the start of project I will give the full details of Field Name/Data Type/Description/Caption required
