I need help setting up Azure AD B2C

Job Description:

I had it working for years. Then in November 2022, everything quit working. I've tried upgrading to the latest configuration but I cannot get my web API to return anything but 401 Unauthorized. The Client app authenticates fine. It just cannot call the web API to an authenticated function.

I want somebody who can look at the Azure AD B2C configuration, my client app (C#), and my web app (ASP.NET) and help me figure out how to fix it.
