I need a Microsoft Copilot–powered agent that lives directly inside both Outlook and Microsoft Teams as a single add-in. Its main purpose is to look at employees’ Outlook calendars, find mutual free slots, and automatically create, cancel, or reschedule Teams meetings for them—no manual back-and-forth. Core flow • User opens the add-in in Outlook or the Teams side panel and asks something like “Set up 30 min with Alex and Priya next week.” • The agent checks everyone’s calendars via Microsoft Graph, proposes the earliest viable window, and drops a Teams meeting invite. • If a conflict arises later, the user can simply type “move it to the next afternoon” and the agent will handle the update and send new invitations. Tech expectations Graph API, Teams & Outlook add-in framework, and whichever Copilot extensibility model you prefer (Power Automate plugins, Teams Toolkit, or a small Azure Function)—I’m open, as long as employees see one coherent experience in both apps. The scheduling logic must respect individual working hours, company holidays, and existing meeting categories. Deliverables 1. Deployable add-in package installable in Microsoft 365 tenant for Outlook and Teams. 2. Source code with clear README covering setup, permissions, and Graph scopes. 3. Brief user guide (one-pager or video clip) demonstrating schedule and reschedule commands. 4. Short hand-off session to walk me through admin deployment and future maintenance. The simpler the UI, the better; most interaction will be natural-language chat, with optional quick-pick buttons for dates found. Let me know which framework you’ll use and a rough timeline, and we can get rolling.

I can build a single Copilot-powered add-in for Outlook and Teams that uses Microsoft Graph to find mutual availability (working hours/holidays/categories), then creates, cancels, or reschedules Teams meetings via natural-language commands, delivered as a tenant-deployable package with source code, scoped-permissions README, and a simple user/admin handoff guide.

Hello, thanks for posting this project. Your vision for a seamless Copilot-powered scheduling assistant inside Teams and Outlook is very clear and aligns perfectly with my experience. I recommend building this solution using the Microsoft Teams Toolkit and Outlook add-in framework, with the integration powered by Microsoft Graph API and an Azure Function for custom logic. This approach ensures a unified user experience, strong extensibility, and straightforward deployment within your Microsoft 365 tenant. I will deliver a robust, user-friendly add-in that leverages natural language prompts, respects company calendars and policies, and deploys as a single package across both Teams and Outlook. You’ll receive clean, well-documented source code, a clear setup guide, concise handover documentation, and a short deployment walkthrough. Based on your requirements, the development and testing can be completed within 3–4 weeks. If you have a preferred framework, I am flexible and can advise on the best fit for your environment. Looking forward to discussing the next steps. Warm regards, Vitalii

I can build a clean, tenant-deployable Outlook + Teams scheduling add-in that uses Microsoft Graph to read calendars, find mutual availability, and automatically create, reschedule, or cancel Teams meetings via natural-language commands, with no manual coordination. I’d implement this using the Teams Toolkit with an Azure Function backend (for Graph calls, scheduling logic, and Copilot-style intent handling), ensuring working hours, holidays, meeting categories, and conflicts are respected. You’ll receive a ready-to-install M365 add-in package, well-documented source code with required Graph scopes, a short user guide/demo, and a hand-off session covering admin deployment and maintenance, all within the proposed 7-day timeline.

Thanks for the opportunity. Let’s turn this idea into a solid result. I can develop a Python program for your Raspberry Pi that drives the under-floor heating system exactly as per your touchscreen mock-ups. The app will manage schedules, read all temperature sensors, and control the pump and heating coil relays reliably, with a German UI, auto-start on boot, and graceful recovery after power loss. You’ll receive fully commented source code, all necessary setup files, a step-by-step installation guide, and a simple test procedure to ensure everything works offline and ready for future enhancements.

This is a sophisticated request that requires a developer who understands the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—specifically the crossover between Microsoft Graph and Copilot Studio. To win this, your proposal needs to prove you can handle the "plumbing" (API permissions and authentication) just as well as the "interface" (natural language processing). Project Proposal: Unified Copilot Scheduling Agent Hi there, This is a great use case for Copilot extensibility. I can build a unified Copilot Agent that bridges the gap between Outlook and Teams, utilizing Microsoft Graph to handle the heavy lifting of calendar coordination. My Technical Approach To ensure a "coherent experience" across both apps with minimal friction, I will use: Framework: Teams Toolkit with the Copilot SDK. This allows us to build a single app package that manifests in both Outlook and Teams. Brain: Copilot Studio combined with Power Automate. This is the most efficient way to handle natural language "Intent Mapping" (e.g., recognizing that "move it" means "Reschedule"). Data Layer: Microsoft Graph API. I’ll implement FindMeetingTimes to respect working hours, time zones, and "Free/Busy" status across the tenant. Core Functionality Features Contextual Awareness: The agent will check the workingHours property of each user to avoid scheduling after-hours.

Hi, I saw you run a Microsoft Copilot agent project, and it caught my eye because I recently helped deploy an Outlook-Teams add-in that reduced scheduling time by 40%, boosting meeting efficiency across 500+ users. Your biggest hidden risk is ensuring seamless calendar sync without conflicting invites or missed updates, especially respecting work hours and holidays. How are you planning to handle edge cases where participants have overlapping but restricted availability zones? I work as a dedicated specialist, ensuring your project receives my undivided attention and matches my specific skill set in SaaS Dashboard Ecosystems and Premium Website Design UX UI. I’m available to hop on a chat or exchange messages to discuss how we can get started on this immediately. When would be a good time for us to connect? Regards, Bjork Bronkhorst

Hi, I’ve built Microsoft 365 integrations using Microsoft Graph, Teams/Outlook add-ins, and Azure, and I can deliver a Copilot-powered scheduling agent that works as a single experience across both Outlook and Teams. I understand your goal: users schedule, cancel, or reschedule Teams meetings via natural language while the system automatically checks availability, respects working hours/holidays, and handles conflicts. I’ll implement a unified Outlook + Teams add-in using Teams Toolkit with a lightweight Azure Function backend and Microsoft Graph for calendar + meeting management. The UI will stay minimal and chat-driven, with secure OAuth and least-privilege permissions. You’ll receive a deployable add-in, clean source with README, a short user guide or demo, and an admin handoff session. Timeline is roughly 2–3 weeks for MVP plus a week for polish. Ready to start right away. Best regards, Anand Shah
