I’m looking for a seasoned mortgage-loan professional who can step in immediately and handle our daily pipeline without a learning curve. You’ll work exclusively on first-lien residential mortgages, taking each file from initial disclosure through final approval. Here’s what I need from you: • Document verification – cross-checking income, assets, credit and title reports against program guidelines. • Loan application review – scrubbing the 1003 for accuracy, catching compliance red flags early, and stacking the file for underwriters. • Client communication – keeping borrowers, real-estate agents and closing attorneys updated through Microsoft Outlook and our proprietary web portal. We don’t use Encompass, Calyx Point or LendingQB; everything flows through Outlook, Excel and our in-house website, so you must be comfortable working without a traditional LOS. A minimum of five years’ recent, hands-on processing experience is essential—I need someone who already knows RESPA, TRID and DU/LP findings cold. Files are assigned each morning, and I expect status updates by close of business. Clear, documented conditions and zero last-minute surprises are my benchmarks for success.
