I maintain a single Word document that tracks weekly progress for roughly 20 concurrent projects. Each Monday I need a quick, reliable way to sanity-check the file, flag anything that is missing or outdated, and then produce a concise executive summary. Here is what I want your solution (a macro, script, or any lightweight skill that runs locally) to do in one pass: • Scan the entire document, detect blank cells / paragraphs, highlight sections where an expected May update is still showing March content, and note any other obvious gaps. • Generate a clean summary section at the end of the file that clearly separates: – P0 highlights – P1 highlights – Aggregated, cross-account insights I am open to whichever tooling you prefer—VBA inside Word, a Python script that manipulates the .docx via python-docx, or Power Automate if that is faster—so long as the output stays inside the original Word file and can be rerun each week with minimal clicks.
