I have two source files in PDF format that require very specific edits and then need to come back to me as fully-editable Microsoft Word documents. 1. Encino Dentistry record – dated 1/28/26 • Change the listed procedure to a tooth extraction. • Update the fee to $1,050.00. 2. Western Dental invoice • Amend the grand total so it reads $18,146.50. Both records must also state that treatment was carried out on teeth #13, #14, #19 and #29 on the following service dates: January 30 2026, February 26 2026, and March 12 2026. Acceptance criteria • Text, layout and typography remain consistent with each original PDF. • Final deliverables: an editable Word file and a clean PDF for each document. • No artefacts or mis-alignment introduced during conversion. If you have a solid workflow for moving PDFs into Word (Acrobat, Word built-in converter, or your preferred tool) and an eye for maintaining professional formatting, this should be a quick job.
