We are using Exchange Online with Microsoft Office 365. I converted an email account to a shared mailbox. The email account had some inbox rules setup before converting to a shared mailbox but I cannot edit or delete the rules now that it is a shared mailbox. I need someone to login to our account and delete these inbox rules.
