Custom Minecraft Survival Server Development

I'm looking for an experienced Minecraft developer to set up a custom vanilla survival server. The server should include custom plugins tailored to provide a unique player levelling experience. Key Requirements: - Clan Plugins: - Clan ranking and levels - Clan function to access a storage menu where any player in the clan can ADD/WITHDRAW items in this storage. This storage menu ideally holds 9 storage slots. - /clan opens a GUI Menu where players in the clan can access clan storage and see clan information ( The level and ranking of the clan ), in addition to seeing which other players are in the clan. - Unique Player Level Up System: - Burn specific items for experience points. Command /lup or /level will open a GUI menu where you will be able to place an item in the burn slot. If the item is eligible to burn, add a green glass next to the burn slot to confirm burning. If the item is not available to burn, add a red glass next to the burn slot to show the player cannot burn this item for XP. - Items eligible to burn gain +1 experience each - Provide a leader board ranking top 10 players based on their experience.
