I’m hosting a large, 3-day Minecraft Survival Games event on a custom-modded server and need three to four reliable moderators to keep everything running smoothly. Your main focus will be: • Chat vigilance – step in immediately when language, spamming, or harassment pops up • Fair-play enforcement – watch for cheating or exploits and apply the event rules consistently • Player support – assist players in real-time with technical questions • Game Flow – Assist with flow of game by stepping in to fix bugs or issues with the help of plugins The server runs several key plugins, so I’m specifically looking for people who already moderate with popular tools (e.g., EssentialsX, LuckPerms, WorldEdit, or similar). Let me know which ones you know best and how you normally use them during live events. Ideal background is 1–3 years of in-game or Discord-based moderation. If you’ve helped with tournaments, charity streams, or SMP launches, mention that too; there will be around 100 participants, so knowing how to deal with pressure is a plus. Deliverables & success criteria • Be present in voice/text 15 minutes before the event for the briefing • Moderate continuously for the full session (about 6 hours for 3 days – July 31st - August 2nd from 5 PM CT to 11 PM CT) • File a short post-event report summarizing incidents handled, rule clarifications given, and any plugin issues noticed I’ll supply the rulebook, staff permissions, and a quick server walk-through well in advance so you can set up macros or moderation shortcuts. Looking forward to working with moderators who can keep the experience fun, fair, and drama-free.

Hi, I’m an organised, confident communicator with solid experience moderating fast‑paced gaming events and keeping large multiplayer communities running smoothly. I’m comfortable enforcing rules, addressing harassment or spam immediately, supporting players with technical questions, and maintaining fair play throughout long sessions. I’ve worked with key moderation tools such as EssentialsX, LuckPerms, and WorldEdit, using them for permissions, quick fixes, player management, and resolving in‑game issues during live events. I stay calm under pressure, coordinate well across voice and text, and keep the game flow uninterrupted even with high player counts. Recently, I completed this project — https://www.freelancer.com/projects/human-resources/Conduct-Interview-for-Personal-Assistant/reviews — where the client said: “Excellent interviewer… professional, responsive, and thorough… well‑structured interview… thoughtful follow‑up questions… detailed, balanced feedback… strong attention to detail… I would happily work with her again.” If you’re looking for a reliable moderator who can help keep your 3‑day Survival Games event fair, smooth, and drama‑free, I’d be glad to support your team. Best regards, Jessica

GIVE ME 30 SECONDS TO SHOW YOU WHY I AM DIFFERENT. I specialize in Minecraft server moderation, ensuring seamless gameplay experiences. With 3 years of hands-on experience, I excel in maintaining chat decorum, enforcing fair play, offering real-time player support, and optimizing game flow. My goals are: - Complete tasks before the deadline for refinement, testing, and adjustments. In your event, I'll utilize my expertise with plugins like EssentialsX and LuckPerms to uphold rules consistently. My background in managing tournaments and charity streams equips me to handle pressure effectively amidst the 100 participants. A key risk in projects like this is overlooking the diversity of player behaviors and technical challenges. How can we ensure a smooth transition between different game phases? Regards, Joshua Jaime Saunders

Hello, I am an experienced Minecraft server moderator with over three years of hands‑on moderation experience on large‑scale Survival Games events, SMP servers, and tournament events with up to 150 participants. I have extensive experience using EssentialsX for chat moderation, player teleportation, and temporary mutes, LuckPerms for managing staff permissions and grouping, and WorldEdit for fixing terrain issues and correcting accidental griefing during live events. I have also used CoreProtect for rollbacks and investigating griefing or cheating incidents, and I am comfortable with other common moderation plugins. I understand you need moderators for a 3‑day event from July 31st to August 2nd, 5 PM CT to 11 PM CT each day, and I can be present for all three full sessions. I will join the voice and text briefing 15 minutes before each event, monitor chat for inappropriate language, spamming, and harassment, enforce fair‑play rules consistently, watch for exploits and cheating, assist players with technical questions in real time, and step in to fix bugs or issues using the available plugins to maintain smooth game flow. After each session, I will file a short post‑event report summarising incidents handled, rule clarifications given, and any plugin issues noticed. I am available to start immediately – please share the rulebook, staff permissions, and server walk‑through in advance so I can set up my moderation shortcuts and macros. Best Regards

Running a 100-player survival games event across three days is no small thing — especially when you need mods who can handle both the community side and the technical side without missing a beat. I'll be upfront: my background is in tech, not traditional Minecraft moderation. I've spent 10+ years managing live servers, troubleshooting systems under pressure, and keeping things running when stuff breaks at the worst possible time. That said, I'm familiar with server-side plugin ecosystems like EssentialsX and LuckPerms from setting up and administering game servers on Linux boxes, and I'm comfortable jumping into a plugin config or console command mid-session to fix something on the fly. What I'd actually bring to your event: Calm under pressure when things go sideways. When you've got 100 players online and a plugin conflict crashes something mid-round, you want someone who can diagnose and fix it quickly — not just mute people in chat. I've managed live systems where downtime costs real money, so a high-stakes game session is familiar territory for me. Reliable presence for the full 18-hour commitment. I'll be there 15 minutes early for every briefing, stay engaged for the full 6-hour block each night (July 31 – August 2, 5–11 PM CT), and file clean post-event reports with every incident, rule clarification, and plugin hiccup documented. No ghosting, no distractions. Technical depth beyond typical moderation. If your custom mods throw unexpected errors, if permissions need adjusting mid-event, or if a player finds an exploit that requires a quick server-side patch — I can handle that without pulling you away from running the event. Most moderators can enforce chat rules; fewer can also dig into the technical layer when the game flow depends on it. I'm a quick study with any tooling you hand me. Give me the rulebook, the staff permissions setup, and the server walk-through ahead of time and I'll have macros and shortcuts ready before day one. I take documentation seriously — your post-event reports will be thorough and actually useful, not just a checkbox. Happy to jump on a quick 15-minute call so you can gauge whether I'm the right fit for the team. I can also do a short trial run on the server beforehand if that helps you feel confident before the event kicks off.
