I have an on-demand food delivery app that is feature-complete but not yet store-ready. Before I submit it, I need a thorough technical and compliance audit followed by clear, hands-on guidance that will let me confidently push the final builds to both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Scope of the audit • Deep dive into performance bottlenecks on iOS and Android builds, with reproducible metrics for any slow screens or excessive resource use. • Security sweep for vulnerabilities in code, third-party libraries, network calls, and storage practices. • End-to-end user experience review covering onboarding, ordering flow, real-time tracking, and checkout. • Verification of all backend and REST/GraphQL API integrations in a production-like environment, including error handling and edge cases. • Full compliance check against the latest App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies, noting any blockers or required metadata. Deliverables 1. Audit report (PDF or shared doc) detailing issues, severity, and recommended fixes. 2. Annotated screenshots or screen recordings for UX findings. 3. Checklist mapping current build status to App Store and Google Play requirements. 4. A prioritized, actionable roadmap that my in-house developer can start implementing right away. 5. A final 30-minute walkthrough call to clarify findings and next steps. Acceptance criteria • All identified high-severity items include a clear remediation path. • Report is structured so an engineer can estimate effort without follow-up questions. • Compliance checklist references exact guideline numbers for quick cross-checking. • Walkthrough call completed within two business days of delivering the report. Tech stack you’ll encounter: Swift, Kotlin, Firebase, Stripe, and a Node.js backend served over REST. Access to TestFlight and internal testing tracks on Google Play will be provided.
