Those who can complete the project below 20000 Can only post remaining can ignore it I'm looking for a talented Android developer to create a robust and user-friendly app. App need to be capture image or upload from gallery After capturing image the image or file need to be extracted Using any OCR techniques and before using ocr techniques you can enhance the image /noise removal can be done if needed After extraction Export to excel with predefined format Finally it need to download excel file in CSV format It should suppport English language It should handle printed text format as well as hand written if needed If at all it is a poor quality image notify to retake image Anyother problem like unable to read the text provide retake image or try to manually enter the text There is any hand written words try to tell them there is a written format in the bill Based on the above given information you need to create the app Predefined format given in attached files App Should be easy to use and simple Extration text should be accurate there should be no mistake. If at all image need to stored what the process required need to be tell in simple words Please include your portfolio showcasing your previous Android projects Image of the files will be given afterwards If want anything you text me in the message box There should be skills like user interface ,ocr and image processing ,android app development, error handling,file handling and export , data extraction and processing,mobile app development etc...
