My goal is to have an interface, whether web, server, or Windows, capable of displaying and controlling an Android screen, and potentially iPhone, depending on technical constraints and feasibility for the latter.
The desired user experience is as follows:
The user receives a link by email.
It downloads the APK via this link.
APK installation takes place with minimal user interaction, ideally just one confirmation.
No icon should appear on the desktop of the Android phone, and if possible, the same for iPhone.
The target structure consists of a dashboard, either web or in #C, and a remote control agent for Android, version 13 or later.
I'm speaking directly to expert developers, especially those specializing in Android and iPhone apps. If you are a development team manager, I would prefer to speak directly with a development expert.
Here are the technical criteria that the application must satisfy:
Supported platforms:
iOS (.Ipa file).
Android pak
Windows 11 (.Exe file).
Download and installation process:
Access by email link or QR code.
The APK must be hosted on a download server.
Automatic post-download installation.
No additional icon creation on the desktop.
Should launch or initialize after installation, a prompt window may appear for configuration.
Configuration and security aspects:
Discreet background installation and configuration.
Respect of the Android 13 permission entitled “accessibility” with possibly a simple alert window to obtain authorization.
Features and performance:
Permanent installation with no removal option.
Operation from the start of the phone.
Minimum: provide Remote Desktop Control access.
No additional features if they require manual permissions.
Server Connectivity and Capabilities:
Online accessibility to a dedicated server.
Server management can be web.
Support for at least 150 simultaneous users.
A single agent would be ideal, but other options can be considered if necessary.
