Proposal for Developing a Flutter-Based Application
I am requesting the development of a Flutter-based application that allows users to upload their portfolios through images and interact with others. This project is a student project and must be published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store to ensure that all users can download and use it. Additionally, an administrative desktop application is required to manage users, advertisements, and payments.
Required Features for the Mobile Application
Easy Registration and Login
Users can sign up via email, phone number, or social media (Google, LinkedIn).
Phone number verification is mandatory during registration.
User Profile
Users can create and edit their personal profiles by adding photos and additional information.
Identity verification is required through a selfie and uploaded photos; without verification, users are limited to one like per day.
Geolocation (GPS)
The app should use location services to suggest nearby profiles that match the user’s preferences.
Swipe Feature
Users can swipe left to skip and swipe right to like profiles.
Smart Matchmaking
The system should use AI-based matching to suggest profiles based on user interests and preferences.
Daily Like Limit
Free users have a limited number of likes per day. Premium subscriptions can increase this limit.
The super admin can modify the number of daily likes per user from the admin panel.
Encrypted Chat
Users can send text, voice, and video messages after a successful match.
All chats must be end-to-end encrypted and only accessible to the super admin if necessary.
Notifications
Instant notifications for likes, messages, and new matches.
Payment Methods
Users should be able to make payments via:
PayPal, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
AI-Powered Image Filtering
Automatic rejection of images without a human face or inappropriate content.
Flagged images should be stored in the admin’s history for review.
Required Features for the Admin (Desktop) Application
User Management
View, edit, block, and delete users.
Image Content Moderation
Review and manage user-uploaded images.
Even if a user deletes an image, admins should still have access to it.
Advertisements and Payment Management
Monitor financial transactions, ads, and promotions.
Reports and Analytics
Display user statistics, match rates, and engagement metrics.
Security Settings
Only the super admin can access user chats.
Chats must be encrypted and decrypted only when necessary.
Increasing User Likes
The super admin can modify the daily like limit for users.
