Developing an aplication to help users to love themselves. An idea phase, looking for a project manager/assistant/ product owner / app developer that helps me built the business plan and case of the idea, manage the project and the potential product.
I would like the person to follow the 24 steps of Discipline entrereneurship method. What is Disciplined Entrepreneurship? Disciplined Entrepreneurship is a systematic and rigorous 24 step process to build innovation-based ventures. Rather than invent new concepts, this method assembles the tools that have already established track records of success in practice from many different sources. It then integrates them together in an easy to access and prescriptive road map.
Before starting, I would like to get to know you and second define a problem statement for the app. Brainstorm, make a hyphotesis of the problem, potential clients and markets. Make a plan for secondary and primary market research. Take as a guide the attach document.
