Happy to also take on the MVP cleanup and admin panel side. My preferred stack is React Native (Flutter if you'd rather), with the agent layer kept server-side behind your REST endpoints so the mobile client stays thin. Hi, I’ve been building Claude-based workflows and MCP tooling recently, especially around turning repeatable operational tasks into modular automation flows instead of one oversized workflow that becomes hard to maintain later. What external systems will these MCPs need to interact with first: APIs, databases, browser automation, local files, or internal services? I’d approach this by keeping orchestration separate from execution from the start. The Claude workflow itself should mainly handle routing, validation, retries, and decision-making, while each MCP stays focused on a single task with clean inputs and outputs. That makes the whole system easier to test, extend, and debug once more automations get added. I’d also make the MCPs runnable independently outside the Claude environment so they’re reusable later and not tightly coupled to one workflow layer. For the documentation, I’d include setup instructions, payload examples, expected responses, edge cases, and extension notes so another developer can pick it up without reverse engineering the flow.
