Android music player with radio

I need a music application which contains the following features: Ads, Shuffle function, EQ, and the ability to be heard by the caller on the other end. Playback buttons on notification bar, Switch to landscape mode and back, Cross-fade, post links on Facebook, and access to radio stations. The designs and images will all be provided, as well as the stations and their respective links. All that will be required is to code and compile the app. I want someone I can continuously work with, in order to improve as necessary.
