Android streaming audio app

Looking for a programmer to make a fairly simple (~3 screen) app for Android devices. The app will: * Pull a list of available stream locations from our website (this is a simple XML file that will be parsed to show a "channel list") * Display said list and allow user to select one (which will be saved locally so next time they won't be prompted) * Display a screen with the status of the live stream (again pulled from our website) and below it; * If the stream is offline, provide a click to refresh (check to see if available yet) * If the stream is online, provide a click to play the stream (Shoutcast MP3 stream) * Display a dynamically downloaded (from our website - XML) as scrolling list of the previously recorded streams that the user can click on to listen to (MP3s) - these should be stored locally and simply updated over time. * The "player" screen will have a play/pause, stop and volume for the live stream plus a progress slider for pre-recorded MP3s and will continue to play if phone goes to "sleep" or is locked * THE PLAYER MUST BE ABLE TO JUMP TO DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE MP3 WITHOUT DOWNLOADING ENTIRE FILE * A "back" link that will return from the main screen to the "stream selection" screen * A link to the PC Website * All icons, splash screens will be provided * Assistance in getting app submitted and approved by the Android Market The app must not use any copyright restricted components - we will be freely distributing the app. We will want the compiled versions along with the full source code - WHICH SHOULD BE NICELY LAID OUT AND COMMENTED for our own future tweaking or modifications. Example screenshots are attached - these are actual screenshots from out iPhone app. The iOS app is AC Sermon Streamer - check it out - this is what I want the Android app to be like (only Android UI elements rather than iOS). We will receive and maintain complete and exclusive copyrights to this app and its' source code.
