Business and Personal Networking App Template needed and modifications

We would like to make a dating type app which has the features of the following "okcupid” “tinder” “Skout" "jazzed" dating apps. Most of the features are overlapping, but there are some significant differences in terms of ability to input data/ask questions to result in matches. We would like to have an extendable app/template that we can then modify the design/ information.
Here are some options we want to have:
Log in by Linkedin, Twitter or Facebook option
Ability to select category/s (up to 3) of interest when first sign up (can be modified later)
Ability to input strengths/abilities within a range of categories when first sign up (can be modified later)
Users who are interested in a category/topic are matched up in the background to users that have strengths/abilities in a category, and provided options to like/dislike the match (has to be mutual like from both sides in order to be able to contact the eachother) (similar to Tinder function)
Cover image photo
Location/distance service
Profiles are not public, has to be matched to view each others profile
Filter matches by a range of criteria
Private message on app for those that are matched up
List view with stats(profession, gender, distance, strengths, what you are looking for)
Check in option (for distance/location services)
When you get a match or im, a notification is sent to phone (opt in)
Website and logo on bottom all pages and images
Scoring (show # of matches, helpfulness of person as voted by others (thumbs up and down vote)
