Mobile app Cross Platform (IOS / Android / Windows 8)

I am looking for a designer to develop a cross platform application that can be delivered to IOS / Windows 8 (Phone and Desktop) / Android. The app will be the first of a series of educational courses that will be for 60 modules. So the developer will in essence develop 60 (This could extend to other courses totalling about 320 modules / apps) The app is extremely simple to complete and will consist of the following: Play start animation (I will provide) Start Page Menu Several pages with text (about 80). This will consist of copy and paste from word documents I provide. Audio button that will play sound of that page Download of pdf document to device Facebook link Twitter Subscribe website Email support (student can ask a question) Link to other course modules Push notifications I dont want any branding of app builders etc in the app I would like advice from the developer if they think native / mobile or web would be best for this application I would like support to getting the apps in the different marketplaces / stores. All artwork / code and other project files will be the property of my company upon completion Also. the app style can be reused for all other modules, making the rest of the development process extremely simple. Key focus here is slick design. This is a very basic app with very little interactivity so the design need to be spectacular. I will need custom mockups of the design and I would like to see some proposals of what the developer can / would like to submit to bid on this project. Only professionals apply.
