Very Simple Android App just a browser pointing to a page, but browser needs to be mostly fully functional

This is a pretty simple job that I could use various online services for, but want to have full control over app.
No ad space needed, as this will be a paid app
On app open, just need to point user to a URL.
Top row of app from left to right is:
Home button (takes to starting url)
Scrolling current page title
Favorites Button
Share Button
From the menu/vertical ... is this list of functions
Refresh (refreshes current page)
Formatted for mobile viewing (use google mobile function to transfer desktop web page to mobile version)
Rate this app (Takes to andriod market page for this app
Email Feedback (goes to gmail and sets up an email to me with phone and android version info and subject regarding this app)
Share this app (goes to gmail with link to android market page for this app with subject filled out with app name)
It's important that this function like a browser (javascript enabled, linked can be followed, load progress, error handling, screen rotation will stay on current page, hardware acceleration on, etc) so all linked pages can be visited from within the app NOT using the actual browser.
