Video Display Android app for Major Website

I need an Android application developed that displays my videos to the user based on the category he/she selects.
When the user picks category A, I want video 1,2,3,4 to show up as thumbnails. The user can then press one of the thumbnails and watch the video. The user should be able to go back at any point and watch the other videos.
I will give you the different categories, and the videos that correspond to the category.
The number of videos that show up will depend on the category that is selected.
There are approximately 200+ videos. The application will include the videos so that no internet connection is needed. I can convert the videos into any format that works best.
I need this app to get approved for the Android Market and be available for purchase.
