Complete iOS App - 60% Done -- 2

NO MILESTONE FUNDING & NO UPFRONT Everything written below is for the full app, but a previous developer has done some work and left so I need someone to study his code and study my requirements (on the link below) and then complete the app and also fix any errors/bugs that is in the existing code. The idea is to look at my original reqs and see if the previous developer has missed anything or done anything differently, and then fix it, plus complete the rest. ----------- I would like an iOS app created for me. It has to be native (not phonegap type). You also need to provide the design. The app has to work on all devices (all ipads and iphones). I need the rest of this app completed in 14 days, for which I need a guarantee. You will need several developers if you plan to complete by the deadline. The app will have about 14 pages (with settings) and it will pull data from a MySQL database using webservices to display on most of those pages. I will provide the webservices but you will need to create the design according to my specifications. You will need 1-2 really good designers because I need things EXACT. A bit off will not do. The designers will also need to create a moving meter (like a car speedometer) to indicate a time value. Of course, this will require code behind it.
