Ipad & Iphone app to sell videos

We are looking for an experienced ipad/iphone app developer to develop ipad/iphone apps that will enable users to purchase, stream and download our movie.
The app will feature a free preview of the movie and needs to have in app purchase functionality to allow the user to purchase individual chapters or the whole video.
In addition to video files there will also be up to 100 photos stored in the full app.
To get an idea of app features that we would expect to have in the product please see something like

In the first instance, the app needs to be available for both the ipad and iphone.
We will supply all video files and photos - but the developer will need to design all elements of the
interface and functionality etc.
All IP and source code needs to be provided/assigned to us on completion.
We have at least 6 of these projects ready to go with the same concept.
We are seeking proposals for the first app and an indication of the additional cost for each project.
Funds will be released upon completion and successful submission to the app store - as such only
experienced app developes should consider bidding. We will need to see examples of previous work.
