RESOURCE MINING FEATURE
Enemies have 30% chance to drop scrap metal
Each stack random value of 1-5 scrap metal
Metal disappears after X time
Scrap metal will be attracted to user. Attraction is dependant on how close you are. Closer you are, faster the attraction (think magnets)

Mining robots create another resource over time:
