iPhone Quiz app

We are looking for an experienced software developer or team of software developers to create a small application for Apple's iOS platform. The software to be created will be a learning application that offers questions with various answers for the user to choose from (quiz). Additionally, the user should be able to select from a range of different question topics and difficulty levels and basic statistics of the user's achievements (correct answers, lapsed time, etc.) need to be provided. The data, which will be provided by us, is to be stored in an encrypted relational database. Furthermore, the application you create must include at least 1 industry-standard anti-piracy measure. The application must be designed in accordance with Apple's GUI guidelines and the rules and restrictions of App store submissions have to be followed. The software should be compatible with iOS 3.x or later and should work on both, iPhone and iPad (sizes must adjust). Payment terms: The funds will be put in escrow and 50% will be released upon delivery of the final product. The remainder of the funds will be released as soon as the app is actually approved by the App store (which should be no problem if Apple's regulations are paid attention to). Do NOT bid if you do not agree with the terms described above! It would be a plus if you could also create a quality app icon. Make sure that you mention it if this is the case and include the costs for it in your bid. Please also provide references regarding successful previous App development projects.
