I will refrain from giving too much detail until I have received a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement and No Compete Agreement Contracts. But in a nutshell I am looking for someone to design a utility application that has the ability to turn off and on the hard buttons of the iPhone. I have created a Powerpoint presentation with a very basic road map of what I want the app to do as well as examples of the cartoon drawings I want on the app. I will need someone with artistic ability to draw the cartoon characters (x2) and background I want and be able to animate those characters. This application will have the potential of having multiple updates in the future and so I am very interested in working longer than just initial app creation.
