Language Learning App

Hello, I am looking for a mobile app developer to make an iphone and android mobile application. The mobile app is meant to help people learn a foreign languages vocabulary. I have designed the entire app, and I am just looking for someone to write the coding for me and put everything together. The app would consist of three parts. First, a flash card set that plays sounds when a word is clicked. Second, a matching memory game. This is like the memory games played as a kid where you put all the cards face down and then you have to find two matching cards. If you find them they stay shown, but if you don't then the cards are turned upside down. Third (optional), a quiz to test the learners vocabulary.
