people counter with facial recognition

i need someone to create a program that counts the number of times i take a picture of a specific person. we are going to use this program to count the number of corn bags a specific pickers bring. currently we pass out cards and count them after finishing picking each person gets paid per bag so it needs to be reliable. i wish to take a picture every time one guy brings a bag of corn and it recongnize him and add one to his counter could also count total number of pictures of each person in photo album and will empty album daily
