Photography Locations App - Android and iPhone

I would like to see quotes for creating both the Android app and the iPhone app.
App will record great locations for photographers to shoot across the world. Developer must create a database on my website that will hold the gps coordinates, description, type of photography, pictures, and notes about each photography location. The database is updated by users of the apps.
App will allow photographers to search for photography locations around their current location or around a city they search. Must interface with Google Maps to show the points on a map. It would be handy, but not necessary, to create a form on my website, [url removed, login to view], where users could also add photo locations and view the map.
I am looking to do this app pretty soon, but I'm concerned with price. I am willing to spend up to $2,000, but the project will go to the lowest bid that has a decent portfolio. I have worked with graphics for years, so I will be creating the graphics for you to incorporate into the app.
