Productivity App for US Air Force members

There are only 2 out there in the APP STORE already that I have found and they both are horrible. I would like to create an APP for US Air Force members to use that tracks our Phyiscal Test (PT) score performances and our points for our WAPS testing, which is our test to make rank. Should be simple and most of it is simply math. I can send you the most current info we have and it should just be input and go. Do a search in the Iphone App Store for "air force fitness calculator" and you will see the 2 that I speak of. Interface should be user-friendly and for updates, I will be able to send you all the current info you need.
