Quote Generator App for iphone/ itunes, blackberry, android

I have an idea for an entertainment utility app that I’d like to be made available for iphone/ itunes, blackberry, android and windows mobile platforms. The one-button app would function similarly to a standard random quote generator. Ideally, after the app starts up with a welcome screen that provides directions and offers the user the use of a touch-screen, 'Next’ button (or their devices 'OK’ button,) to randomly playone of thirty small sound-bytes while one of 250 sentence-length quotes fades into view. From there, each time the user pushes the ‘Next button’ a random sound plays again while another random quote fades into view, until the app is closed. While closing, a logo’s displayed and another sound plays. That’s really it. I’ll provide the quote text, welcome screen/ directions text, background image, sounds, design ideas and icon art, I’d just like to know size and file requirements for doing so as well as what we're looking at as far as money and time go for the aforementioned platforms. About Me___ What I’m really looking for is a go-to team, guy or girl to turn to, call (and throw money at) whenever something more complicated than HTML, CSS and elementary Javascript pops into my head. A cool, 'not a problem’ attitude and the ability to answer any number of seemingly stupid questions I may ask while making friendly suggestions will score you points and maybe even a friendship. I’m not the kind of person that expects quality overnight and nor do I expect anything to be done for free or next to nothing. Long story short, if this ones done well and fairly, you’ll more than likely get all the others that aren’t really that much more complicated.
