We need a simple survey app.
Open app -> you have to chose between:
1) Start new survey
2) Watch existing survey
3) Export data
1) start new survey: the questioner starts a new survey and has to give this survey a name. now the survey can start.
the survey exists in asking people from where they come. so we get to see a map of Belgium divided into 11 provinces, when you click on 1 privince, it enlarges and it will be divided in all towns of that province . we can see the name of the towns in the map.
The questioner asks at the passenger from where he comes. the questioner can click on the town on the map or can fill in a postal code or can fill in a name into input fields. if he uses the input field to enter a town name, the corresponding name of the database should appear below the input field (like a GPS device).
if there is a borough, they should show up and the questioner should click on the right borough.
when a town is chosen, the questioner has to fill in the street name and nr. the street name can be added in 2 ways. a drop down with all street names of that town or an input field where he can enter the street name. when he enters the street name, below the input field the corresponding street name of the database should be shown (like in a GPS device).
then he can enter the number. the number is not mandatory.
when done he can click on "save & go to next" (= 1 button). Now the map of belgium is again visible and the questioner can start again.
2) watch existing survey: here we can see a list of all surveys with name and number of records in the database for this survey.
it is not necessary to be able to see all records
3) export data: here we can choose which survey we would like to export and it should be exported to an xls file with 4 columns:
name of the survey, date, street, nr
this file should be able to send to pc by e-mail or any other way is good.
lay-out will be simple
you will get all necessary data like streets, towns, postal codes,...
