Smartphone application

I need an experienced smartphone app developer to build an app with the following features: 1. Users must register for app as a user via invitation link 2. Certain registration fields must be made mandatory to complete process. Certain registration fields can be altered once registered as a user through the app 3. Ability for app user to record from their smart phone (via internet) through the app a 30 second voice recorded file ie mp4 4. Ability for the voice recorded file to be named by the user and then categorised and stored by uploading to preloaded file folders (created by me the app creater). 5. Ability for all registered users to access and listen to all users uploaded voice files 6. Ability for me to delete uploaded voice files and users if necessary 7. Ability for other material to be attached to the named upload ie adding a PDF, website link etc to accompany the voice file 8. Ability for all users to like or dislike a users uploaded voice file (and its content) 9. Ability to sort voice files in file folder by recently added, most views, most likes
