Some autistic people (especially children) have problems using their voice to say what they need. There are applications on the market that allow you to take picture, record voice, write text under it, and place it in a structure. One example of such an app is "Sounding Board", [url removed, login to view] The autistic person then uses the app to communicate, by pressing on the appropriate picture/text and the sound is played. In this way the autistic person can express their wishes "verbally".
However, there is no such app I am aware of, that also allows user to sync this information between iOS devices. This sync can be iCloud or other mechanism (please suggest).
Development is mostly aimed at iPhone/iPod Touch, and must run on iOS 9 and later.
I would therefore like quote for development of such an app that includes functionality to:
Create hierarchy of pictures/sounds/text (look at "Sounding Board" for example)
Record sounds/take picture/write text for each item.
Sync this information (pictures/text/sound) between devices (iCloud or other sync mechanism).
